It’s Time To Talk Day – let’s talk about Mental Health

Published February 6, 2020 at 10:42

Around 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem this year yet the shame and silence can be as bad as the mental health problem itself. Many people often feel isolated, vulnerable and very much misunderstood!

Time to Talk Day encourages everyone to be more open about mental health – to talk, to listen, to change lives.
