The School Support staff in Derby have been placed in an intolerable position by their employers – Labour-run Derby City Council – after their wages were slashed by almost a quarter.

UNISON National has backed the members every step of the way, providing financial support and resources to ensure repeated and successful industrial action.

We are very pleased to be able to support our colleagues at Derby City and have donated £500.

The Branch fully supports the action being taken at Derby to preserve the school support staffs terms and conditions.
