March and Rally on Saturday 11 June
Chorley Hospital’s Accident and Emergency Department (A&E) has closed because there are not enough doctors to keep it open. The community needs an A&E, and pressures on A&Es in other hospitals in Lancashire are growing while Chorley’s is closed. It needs to be re-opened immediately.
We cannot allow our NHS services to be cut back and closed due to a lack of resources.
If it can happen in Chorley it could happen anywhere.
Members from across the region are invited to join the march and rally on Saturday 11 June.
