Just to make you aware of an Immigration Advice service that UNISON offers to members in conjunction with the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants. JCWI can provide advice over the phone for members around immigration and for immigration issues of the member’s family.

UNISON accepts local government pay offer

UNISON has accepted the Local Government Association’s two-year pay offer, covering the period April 2018 – March 2020.

The key features of the pay offer are:

• A 16% pay increase for those currently on the lowest scale point (scp) 6, over two years.
